Go for the next step in performance and sound with our Stage 2 ECU remap and sportcat/catless downpipes: a hot and powerful combination. Positioned right after the turbos, the stock catalytic converters are replaced by sport cats for better airflow. The result: extra power and a deeper, louder exhaust sound. In most cases (90 – 100%), cars with sportcats will still pass (Dutch) inspection.

As a budget option, we also offer catless downpipes. However, these come with clear downsides like stronger exhaust smell and a much higher chance of failing inspection.

With the remap and sport downpipes combined, performance increases to around 525 hp and 820 Nm on RON98 fuel. These figures are estimates and can vary depending on the car’s condition and the fuel used. For best results, we recommend filling up exclusively with premium RON98 (Euro) fuel.

This package adds a Milltek resonated mid-pipe without an OPF filter on top of the downpipe. Removing the OPF will increase the flow of the exhaust, resulting in better performance and sound!

This package will take your BMW 545e to approximately 560hp and 850 Nm on premium fuel (98 Oct EU/ 93 Oct USA), which is highly recommended.
