Bij een ECU remap (ook wel de chiptuning genoemd) spreekt men vaak over een "Stage 1" tuning. Door parameters in de software te optimaliseren kan er een mooie vermogenswinst behaald worden. De Mosselman ECU remaps zijn ontwikkeld om op een veilige manier vermogen te leveren tot aan het eind van het toerengebied. Heeft uw auto een automaat? Dan adviseren we, indien beschikbaar, om de versnellingsbak software ook aan te laten passen.

Bent u op zoek naar nog meer vermogen? Dan bieden we voor de meeste modellen ook een “Stage 2” en “Stage 3” tuning aan. Hierbij installeren we naast de software aanpassingen ook andere hardware, zoals bijvoorbeeld een andere intercooler, downpipe of zelfs een turbocharger upgrade.

BMW auto's jonger dan juni 2020 hebben een aangepaste beveiliging op de ECU waardoor ze niet op de reguliere manier getuned kunnen worden. Deze beveiliging moet eerst verwijderd worden en omdat de ECU daarvoor opgestuurd moet worden naar het bedrijf waarmee wij daarvoor samenwerken, zal dit leiden tot extra kosten en een langere doorlooptijd. xHP Versnellingsbak Software
Als de auto een automaat heeft dan adviseren we om ook de versnellingsbak software te updaten als u kiest voor een ECU remap. Dit doen we met xHP Gearbox Software, hierbij verbetert het schakelgedrag van de versnellingsbak en in combinatie met de remap geeft dit hele mooie resultaten (het koppel kan mooier/beter worden afgesteld).

Bij een remap (ook wel de chiptuning genoemd) wordt de software van de ECU door ons herschreven en worden parameters geoptimaliseerd wat zorgt voor meer vermogen. Ook is het hierbij mogelijk om de snelheidsbegrenzer te verwijderen en het start/stop systeem indien gewenst uit te schakelen. Houd er rekening mee dat een remap zichtbaar is voor een BMW dealer.
Met een ECU Remap gaat het vermogen van uw BMW naar ongeveer 260 pk en 550 Nm op RON98 brandstof. De opgegeven prestaties na tuning zijn indicaties, deze zijn afhankelijk van de huidige staat van de auto en de gebruikte brandstof. We raden dan ook altijd aan om met dit soort auto’s premium brandstof, RON 98 (Euro), te tanken.
We meten het vermogen voor en na de tuning en stellen de tuning op maat af op uw auto. U krijgt dan dus een chiptuning op maat.

BMW 525d G30/G31 TUNING.

Door onze specialistische technische kennis van BMW motoren is Mosselman Turbo Systems het adres voor een chiptuning van uw BMW of Mini. Bij een ECU remap (ook wel de chiptuning genoemd) wordt de software van de ECU door ons herschreven en worden parameters geoptimaliseerd wat zorgt voor meer vermogen en koppel. Om ervoor te zorgen dat we de beste kwaliteit leveren zijn de Mosselman ECU remaps exclusief ontwikkeld voor BMW- en MINI-auto's.

Wij maken onze eigen software en stellen dit per auto op maat af op onze rollenbank (dyno). Hierbij meten we het vermogen voor en na de tuning en stellen de software op maat af op uw auto. U krijgt dan dus een chiptuning op maat. Houd er rekening mee dat een ECU remap detecteerbaar is voor een BMW dealer, dit kan gevolgen hebben voor de fabrieksgarantie.

The iTronic is an advanced engine controller that works simultaneously with the original ECU and is highly recommended on new and young BMW models that still have the factory warranty. It is designed as an external module (tuning box) that can be installed and removed by the end-user, minimizing problems with the factory warranty.

The iTronic connects with a couple of sensors from the car, including the mass airflow sensor and CAN connection. This allows us to read a lot of data of the car. For example, RPM, temperatures, and pedal position. Due to the CAN connection you can also turn the iTronic ON/OFF with the BC button on your steering wheel.

Most of the power boxes doesn’t have a good name in the tuning industry, usually because they don’t deliver what is promised. However there is a difference between tuning with a power box and our iTronic. The iTronic connects with more sensors than a regular power box, like the mass airflow sensor and the CAN-BUS connection. Thanks to these connections additional data, such as the throttle position, is available. We use this information to optimize the car’s software and increase the performance in a safe way.

The iTronic is plug-and-play and requires no modifications to get it installed. We provide an installation manual when you purchase an iTronic, the installation time is approximately 1 hour. Installation can also be done at one of our dealers, they will charge an installation fee though.

The iTronic is specifically developed for cars that still have their warranty. It leaves no traces in the software of the car, and because it’s an external device it can be removed, minimizing problems with the factory warranty. 

No, we don’t offer any warranty on the engine after buying our iTronic. We don’t do this because we don’t know in what condition your engine is before you install the iTronic. However, we designed the iTronic to be harmless to the car and its engine. We do offer great aftersales services to our customers. If you have any problems with the iTronic we will do our best to offer all the help needed to solve the problems. 

The iTronic comes with a 1-year warranty on the components and the software, under normal use during the warranty period. 

The iTronic, and its wiring harness, are specific for each car model. The iTronic can be installed on another car with the same model and engine, but it cannot be installed on different models.
