Shipping and Return Policy

In some instances, customs duties may need to be paid on delivery in countries outside the EU. The amount of these fees varies from country to country.

We ship our products to almost all countries, you'll find a selection of the available countries at the start of the checkout process. Contact us if your country is not listed, we will help you out.

We will ship the order in 24 hours if the products are in stock. If your payment is received by 2:30 pm UTC +1, then we will dispatch your order the same day.

We generally send parcels with UPS. You will receive an email with the tracking number when we ship the order.

Not satisfied with your online purchase? Contact us so we can help you out! Most Mosselman products can be returned within 14 days if they haven't been used yet. Please email or call us upfront to notify us that you are returning your order. The returning policy might not apply to custom orders.

Note: the return shipment will be at your own cost, new shipping costs may apply for exchange products.
